BTH Desktop Slab Roller

Sale priceDhs. 3,600.00

Roll perfectly even clay slabs in minutes, with no rolling pin and no guesswork. The BTH Desktop Slab Roller is a compact, fully manual slab roller built for home studios, hand-building classrooms and individual makers.

Tips for Best Results

  • Start at around 10 mm and adjust as you get comfortable
  • Reduce the thickness by no more than 10 mm per pass
  • Keep both adjustment handles on the same marking for an even slab
  • For thin slabs (under 5 mm), roll slowly in several light passes
  • If the clay sticks, lightly dust the canvas with dry clay powder

Care
After each use, wipe the roller, table and frame with a damp cloth, and dry the canvas promptly. Never scrape the roller with sharp tools. Once a month, lightly oil the bearings, adjustment handles and gears with food-grade oil or petroleum jelly. For long-term storage, set the roller to its widest gap and cover it.
