Fettling knives soft

Used to trim pour hole waste, remove mold marks or carve and sculpt ceramics and greenware.

This tool has a hard tempered steel blade with the same “springy” feel as most conventional blades. It has a softer steel blade, with much more flexibility which allows it to bend. the blade is 4” long and firmly set in a hardwood handle for a total length of 8”.

Hard fettling knife also available.
